About the Role
We are hiring an R&D Co-op to support hardware testing, prototyping, and deployment preparation. This role is ideal for someone who likes building, troubleshooting, and running disciplined experiments in the real world.
What you’ll do
Assist with sensor testing, prototyping, and experimental setup
Support hardware assembly, debugging, and bench validation
Help document test procedures, results, and design learnings
Support field deployment preparation and logistics
Track issues, reliability observations, and hardware performance
Contribute across R&D and technical operations as needed
What we’re looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, materials, or related engineering discipline
Comfortable with hands-on technical work and lab/testing environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to document work clearly and run repeatable tests
Interested in sensors, industrial systems, or product development
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to have
Experience with sensors, test equipment, embedded systems, CAD, or prototyping
Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, or basic scripting
Experience with hardware troubleshooting or reliability testing
